Oh, thank you so much! I'm delighted that you like them. I know it's always a bit risky to draw the characters because everyone has their own pictures in their head, but with Moorehawke I just couldn't resist :)

I really loved your first book! I just finished it and I can't wait to read the sequel! My friend and I chose The Poison Throne for our next book review. When I first saw this website, I didn't know it was you yourself! The drawings are terrific! I actually have a few questions:
- I know the story takes place in Europe, but where exactly? In Wich country?
- What do you think is the best part in The Poison Throne?
- the last one: My favourite character is Razi! I just love him! But how do you see him? What do you think about his personality?

I apologize for all the questions! But it would be a great honour of you would answer them!

PS: My first language isn't English, I'm from Belgium, so sorry for the (probably many) mistakes!

SO glad you enjoyed the book, I hope you enjoy the next two! (Your English is wonderful!)Here are your answers:

It takes place in a small kingdom that stretches from what we know as Lyon to Marseilles on the Southern coast of France ( you can see it here in this map which I drew for the Irish first editions.

I like all the parts of The Poison Throne as they all play an important part in the story and in what comes next in the Trilogy.

I discuss Razi a little bit in question FIVE of this interview and Question TWO of this interview. Various readers have sent in photos of how they think he might look, all of which can be found here And I've drawn him a few times, HERE and HERE HERE and HERE

Hope that helps!

Hi, can I just say that I love your Moorehawke Trilogy, it was a wonderful and engaging read. I am currently re-reading the second book, (actually, more like just flicking through) and I love it just as much, if not more, as I did when I first read it. Just letting you know :)
